BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT - IBM : Job Details

Business Transformation Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted): Develop and formulate IBPL (Integrated Business Planning Language) queries for extraction of data for the EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) to ensure the data can be further pushed to applications such as Tableau for a better abstract view and analysis. Design and maintain procedures using IBPL to analyze and process input data sufficiently by the o9system and user interface. Formulate development plans outlining steps to incorporate upgrades to the existing demand/supply plan model using graphs, rules and relationships between materials that help forecast of inventory expected for the raw materials and finished goods. Coordinate with client teams to understand challenges faced while analyzing forecast and plans to incorporate them to the model by implementing widgets and action buttons. Create functional design methodology considering discussions and analyzing requirements to conceptualize to-be process post implementation of the model. Develop and manage data security rules restricting access and visibility of the o9 UI to relevant teams through segmentation of functionality across the platform. Conduct and structure validations to ensure data generated through daily runs of procedures to update the UI and the Tableau software conforms to what is expected through successful triggers of batch runs. Lead and conduct in depth analysis of business performance versus business goals. Coordinate driving key deliverables including forecasting accuracy/demand variability, improvements to operational efficiencies, and optimizing inventory performance. Utilize R Programming, Python Programming, Replenishment Planning, Supply Chain Demand Planning, Azure DevOps, Assortment Planning. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience as a Business Transformation Consultant or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing R Programming, Python Programming, Replenishment Planning, Supply Chain Demand Planning, Azure DevOps, Assortment Planning. $164,840.28 to $240,400.00 per year.
