• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher {preferably higher in nursing courses}
• Sophomore or higher by hours
• Business Major preferred
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills are necessary
• Ability to work effectively with staff and students.

Position Description/ Job Duties

• Tutor will work under supervision of Tutor Coordinator and:
• Work with students in a group tutoring setting
• Must accurately document all tutoring sessions according to tutoring standards
• Maintain communication with staff and students
• Attend training sessions
• Reach CRLA Level 1 certification within the first year of employment

Preferred Availability

• Hours are flexible and will vary weekly
• Weekday and Weekend options available
• Limited to 20 hours per week
