It is the responsibility of the bus person to clean and set tables and assist Food Servers in providing quality service to guests. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Companys brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees

• Assist servers to provide the highest quality dining experience possible consistent with restaurant and regulatory guidelines

• Remove used tableware and reset tables; provide clean and polished utensils, organize condiments, spot sweep carpets, wipe off chairs

• Attends pre-shift meetings.

• Maintains uniform appearance according to established guidelines.

• Sets-up stations and side areas and ensures that sufficient supplies are on-hand.

• Welcomes guests, removes extra set-ups, and serves water to guests.

• Assists in pre-bussing tables throughout the course of the meal.
• Cleans and resets tables and cleans floor around tables at the end of the meal.
• Sorts dirty china, silverware, and glassware into appropriate bus tubs on the bus cart.
• Polishes silverware. Stocks condiments. Makes coffee, tea, etc.
• Wipes and cleans beverage dispensers and counters in the side stations.
• Assists Food Server as needed.
• Assists with maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working environment.
• Turns-over/Takes-over station according to established procedure.
• Completes special projects as requested by Food & Beverage management.

• Have prior experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate

• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects

• Have good people skills and a well-groomed appearance

• Have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English

• Are at least 18 years old
