Bistecca by Il Mulino is interviewing candidates for bus person positions. The main responsibility of this position is to clear, clean, and reset tables in a friendly, professional & efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares dining room for patrons by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service.
• Completes assigned tasks and maintains throughout shift
• Completes final clear on all tables, wipes down and details tables
• Clear professional communication with the kitchen and front of house teams
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Required qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
