About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a leading healthcare organization that is rapidly growing and expanding its procurement operations. Our client specializes in providing high-quality medical and surgical care across various facilities, including hospitals and outpatient centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process procurement requests from multiple healthcare departments
• Create and validate purchase orders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client policies
• Manage purchasing for capital equipment, OR supplies, and specialized medical equipment
• Collaborate with administrative staff, nurses, and department heads to fulfill procurement needs efficiently
• Ensure that all purchases meet contract terms and organizational requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement, with specific experience in healthcare purchasing
• Education: High School Diploma (Associate's Degree preferred)

Skills:

• Knowledge of healthcare procurement processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with Materials Management Information System (MMIS) is a plus

Additional Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (with a flexible lunch break)
