BakeMark has a job opening for a Buyer!

Summary: Manage inventory of BakeMark USA Manufactured, commodities and general resale merchandise at assigned BakeMark location(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Clear reporting on the period GM report.
  • Manage Branch inventory levels for assigned vendors.
  • Utilize and maintain the MARS forecasting module and appropriate NDS reports.
  • Calculate economic order quantities, prepare/ place purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate product and freight costs.
  • Negotiate, analyze, and arrange transportation of product from approved suppliers to BUSA Branch.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Qualifications:

    • Administrative experience, 1 year preferred.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Previous experience a plus.
