Job Description :
Auria is looking to hire a System Engineer, Technical Integration Lead to join our team and support the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. Work location can be either in Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL. Support Iteration Planning by driving technical coordination across the ARTs is understood and reflected in ART and RMA plans. Identify significant work efforts that involve multiple ARTs and drive cross-team coordination. Lead and coordinate the Joint Product Team (JPT) for C2NT - coordinating with BC counterpart on agenda. Essential Functions:
  • Track and Manage PRs across the C2BMC
  • Track, Manage, and Assess Metrics across C2BMC
  • Assess and Refine metrics to provide actionable data
  • Integrates and -de-conflicts Solution Chief Spiral/Blocks (ensure that changes are coordinated and understood across all spirals and appropriate phasing is documented)
  • Establish and Manage the C2BMC Program Roadmap
  • Ensure the Capability Landing Page is populated and prioritized
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings
  • Demonstrated ability to implement engineering plans within a project
  • Detail Oriented
  • Experience with Agile Methods and Capability & Feature definition
  • Experience writing & Reviewing proposals and EEs
  • Understanding of C2BMC's mission and the Systems Engineering Life Cycle
  • Experience with integration of procedures and processes across engineering disciplines
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and communicate and coordinate across engineering disciplines
  • Some travel is required.
Basic Qualifications: Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.
  • An active SECRET clearance is required to start
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university and 12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 10 years of experience, or a PhD and 8 years of experience
  • Coordinating with solution management and solution chiefs to identify impacts and develop recommended changes to the Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) Coordinate the SEIT board for integration, ensuring the right people are engaged.
  • ECPs, EEs for TIs, issue resolutions
  • Review SEIT proposals for alignment with and impact to Program Roadmap, as well as how to cover properly during next iteration planning (e.g. upcoming OM&S Projects, TIs, ECPs)
  • Ensure technical integrity and consistency of proposals; this requires coordination with other ART/RMA technical leads, solutions chiefs, and other appropriate technical leadership
  • Experience with Agile Methods, and Capability & Feature definition
  • Experience writing & Reviewing proposals and EEs and coordinating across engineering disciplines
  • Understanding of C2BMC's mission and the Systems Engineering Life Cycle
