A Level 1 Trauma facility is seeking a CAA for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Springfield, Missouri.

The facility is seeking CRNAs and AAs for coverage, with a preferred schedule of four 12-hour shifts per 7-day week from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch. The team consists of 22 anesthesiologists and 78 CRNAs, with a medical direction practice model where CRNAs are 100% medically directed. Each shift includes backup support with at least one anesthesiologist and a minimum of three CRNAs. The caseload includes 10-15 patients per day, covering all specialties except high-risk pediatrics and transplants. As a Level I facility, providers will handle trauma, hearts, heads, and eyes. The hospital has 47 total ORs, with 44 running daily plus ancillary services. OB is not required, but neuro, heads, and spine cases are included.
