Salary $70,000-$80,000

You Will

  • Manage, lead, direct, and coordinate the activities of the Cabin service group.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer requirements.
  • Supervise Cabin Service crew in the performance of their assigned responsibilities.
  • Inspect and ensure that all standards are met in the cleaning operation.
  • Ensure proper training of Cabin Service personnel.
  • Ensure proper scheduling of personnel to meet operational demands.
  • Ensure that all safety and personnel policies are followed.
  • Monitor and ensure that all supplies needed are available to successfully meet the demands of the operation.
  • Ensure equipment is safe and operating efficiently.
  • Establish a culture that promotes safety through daily observation and routine audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Meet the Station's attendance standards.
You Have
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in cabin service operations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess/maintain a valid state driver's license and other FAA Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
