Starting Salary: $18-$22/hour DOE Primary Purpose: As a Custom Cabinet Builder, your primary purpose is to build and construct custom cabinets to exact specifications. This role places a strong emphasis on the skills and capabilities required for the assembly and production of high-quality custom cabinets.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manual Assembly: Execute manual labor in assembly and other production areas to construct custom cabinets.
- Reading Blueprints: Read detailed drawings to accurately locate assembly parts and follow design specifications.
- Power Tool Operation: Utilize and operate power tools proficiently to assemble cabinet components with precision.
- Forklift Certification: Obtain forklift certification through provided training and testing.
- Quality Assurance: Review final cabinet products to ensure accuracy and maintain high-quality standards.
- Timely Execution: Follow the supervisor's timelines for product assembly, ensuring efficient and on-time completion.
- Compliance: Adhere to all Franklin Building Supply policies and procedures, working in a safe and professional manner.
- Adaptability: Be open to adjusting your approach to meet changing demands effectively.
