Cabinet Lose Parts Packaging Lead - Prodigy Cabinetry : Job Details

We are looking for someone that can oversee and improve the productivity or our packaging areas. The packaging department is responsible for the quality packaging of each cabinet and part that is leaving the shop and heading to our customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 4-6 packagers.

Packaging Cabinets & Parts

Building Pallets

Pallet Wrapping

Making sure strappers are working properly.

Ensuring that every cabinet and part is packaged properly to avoid any damage.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead a team and improve productivity.

Ability to lift cabinets that may weigh up to 60 pounds.

Strong work ethic.

Reliable transportation.

Punctuality

Follow the instruction of the Packaging Team Lead and Production Manager

Must have a good attitude.

Previous packaging experience preferred.
