Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cable Puller Technician to join our clients' growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, pulling, and management of cables for various projects, ensuring that all work is completed to high-quality standards and within safety regulations. Additionally, this role will involve basic programming and configuration of network equipment, including routers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, install, and terminate cables, including fiber optic, coaxial, and low-voltage wiring, according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Review project plans and blueprints to determine the layout and requirements for cable runs, ensuring all necessary materials are ready for installation.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and cable pulling equipment safely and effectively to complete installations.
• Program and configure routers and other network devices as part of the installation process, ensuring proper connectivity and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues, including connectivity problems, and ensure optimal performance of cable systems and network equipment.
• Keep accurate records of installation processes, including materials used, time spent, and configuration settings, and report progress to project supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay:

• $65,000 to $75,000 DOE
