Cafe Brand Ambassador - Capital One : Job Details

We are seeking an outgoing and self-driven individual to join our team as a Cafe Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive environment at the cafe, engaging with customers, and advocating for better financial literacy through discovery and Capital One resources. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create an inclusive environment at the cafe to make all customers feel welcome
• Engage with customers and advocate for better financial literacy through discovery and Capital One resources
• Work with an energized team of Ambassadors to inspire and be inspired
• Continually learn new digital and technical skills
• Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, charities, and the Engagement team to plan events
• Volunteer within the community and advocate for financial literacy

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills
