Weekly check list: • AC vents are keep clean • Lights are keep replaced and cleaned • Replace ceiling tiles if needed • Storeroom is swept, mopped and free of insects • Refrigerator are mopped and keep clean • Make sure temperatures are correct in refrigerators and keep a daily log • Keep freezer free of ice and keep a daily temperature log • Office is sweep and mop once a week • Bathrooms walls and floor are keep clean and mopped • Locker room is swept and mop • Dish room is free of insects and window sill are keep clean • Kitchen and cafeteria floor is swept and mop every day and buff once a week • All area's under tables and trash is to be swept and mopped daily • Trash cans are cleaned daily • Windows and doors are cleaned • All marks and gum should be removed daily from cafeteria floor's and tables • Receives truck deliveries • Follow proper methods of rotating stock when storing products. • Other duties as assigned Duties when no students are in school • Shine walk-in and freezer • Clean all vents • Clean bathroom and bathroom walls • Scrub kitchen, dish room and closet floors with scrub brush • Wax floors • Swept and mop under steam table • Swept and mop storeroom and walk in refrigerator • Wash all trash cans out EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT OPENINGS: 1
