LOCATION/DEPT: Any cafeteria within Clay County SchoolsREPORTS TO: School Nutrition Direcotr or Cafeteria ManagerFLSA Status: Non ExemptPosition Summary: Helps where needed in the cafeteria.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Ability to speak clearly as well as understand and follow written and oral directions.* Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, staff, associates, and the general public.Essential Duties:* Maintains established routine of the school and cafeteria procedures in which assigned with reasonable rules of conduct which encourages self-discipline and responsibility.* Maintains a professional appearance as an example to students.* Remains at school the half day assigned or entire school day, unless otherwise instructed.* Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.* Communicates effectively with staff & students.* Completes other duties as assigned.Qualification Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
