Call Center Admissions Support Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 07:00pm)

Schedule:

• Candidates must be available from 6AM-7PM where you will then be scheduled for an 8-hour shift. This is dependent on the needs of the business and which time zone you are assigned

Duties:

• Taking primarily outbound calls
• Reach out to potential students, connect them with the campus in their area
• Setting on campus appointments
• Overcoming student objections to drive them to the next step
• Creating a great first impression
• Driving the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Call Center Admissions Support Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Must have experience with computers and programs
• Ability to multi-task between phone and data entry
• Ability to be high energy throughout the call

Schedule Requirements:

• Must have open availability between the hours of 6:00AM - 7:00PM. (Will be scheduled 8 hours between those times)
• Must be available 8:00AM - 5:00PM during training
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
