The Call Center Associate communicates with patients, hospital staff, and family members to understand and provide guidance and recommendations during the selection of meals that meet the nutritional/dietary requirements of the patient. The position uses multiple computer applications to place and verify patient meal orders. Performs other duties within the Food & Nutrition Department as assigned.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.FTE: 0.5; 20 hours per week
Work Schedule: 3pm-7pm
- Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience required
Salary Rate: $18.74/hour
