• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone call, text message, and email
• Follow up with leads acquired through our digital marketing efforts
• Assist clients with booking appointments and navigating our services
• Provide information about Restores wellness services and products
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service
• Stay up-to-date with our services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

• Youre a health and wellness enthusiast and have a passion for fitness.
• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• You have strong problem-solving abilities and can handle challenging situations with ease.
• You are comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center technologies.
• You have a passion for sales
• You have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree is plus, but not required.
