Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries, product information, and service-related questions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, feedback, or updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide product and service information clearly to customers.
• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments or services as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed performance and quality standards set by the company.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, clear, and professional phone demeanor.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to problem-solve efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
