Job Summary:
As a Box Office agent you will be responsible in assisting guests with their show ticket needs. Additionally, Box Office agents are resources for all guest questions with an upbeat and positive attitude and is the first line of defense for improving guest experience . Generates revenue by selling and issuing show tickets directly to guests at the Box Office and via telephone. You will also be expected to effectively impact tickets sales through promoting performers and events throughout Caesars Entertainment venues. A working knowledge of Caesars shows is expected as a part of creating a memorable guest experience. Efficiently makes reservations and issues tickets for off-site ticket vendors. Responsible for collecting funds/documentation for tickets. Works closely with VIP Services, Promotions, and Sales departments. Works as a Reservation Clerk as scheduled. Effectively presents information and responds to questions from other departments, customers, managers, Lead Box Office Clerk, and general public. Creates and maintains a positive work environment. Process show ticket transactions for guests

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or equivalent is required. Minimum one-year customer service experience required. Must be able to type at least 25 wpm. Excellent phone and written communications skills, plus have the temperament to work in fast-paced work environment under frequently changing conditions. A working knowledge of Ticket master or other Ticketing system required. Must be able to effectively discipline co-workers and provide a positive role model for the Team. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must present a well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor.
