    • JOB SUMMARY
      • The Call Center M.A. answers calls from patients, documenting issues and giving concern slips to physicians for response. The medical assistant also instructs patients and significant others in health care practices, working in collaboration with other health team members.
    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
      • Professional & Technical Skills
        • Experience gained through a Medical Assistant program plus an appropriate period of physician office orientation and training.
      • Education
        • Completion of Medical Assistant course.
      • License(s) or Certification(s)
        • Medical Assistant Certification required.
      • Other Skills or Requirements
        • Ability to type 30 wpm with 3 errors or less. Excellent communication skills.
      • Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
