What this job involes - The Call Center Coordinator leverages advanced computer knowledge and organizational skills to manage the distribution and assignment of work order, coordinate building management service delivery, assign work tickets by building to facility coordinators, monitor and schedule meeting room activity when needed, report or resolve facility maintenance deficiencies, and prepare reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for one or more of the following:

* Leverage client work order management system, task management, relocation and renovations services, event coordination, and office/warehouse operation, as necessary.

* Tracks and facilitates completion of service requests and other operating activity on a daily basis. Ensures data entry in all systems is up-to-date and accurate.

* Dispatches work orders including scheduling, and maintenance requests to assigned Facilities Coordinators, Tenant Service Coordinators, and third-party vendors.

* Audits, researches, accumulates, and prepares data for reports on costs, quality and assurance, and day to day operational effectiveness.

* Evaluates safety and emergency situations for appropriate notification and responses; coordinates emergency response at the facility as directed.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

* Education:

* Associate's degree or higher

* Previous Experience:

* Must have strong familiarity and working knowledge of the critical equipment. Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, electrical generation/distribution, HVAC (specific to the environment), IT systems and environments, environmental regulations, local building codes, fire and safety systems, preventive and predictive maintenance and diagnostic

* Targeted Competencies:

* Effective written communication skills, computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, specifically proficiency in Excel & Word etc.) are required.

* Must possess excellent communication skills including the ability to convey complex technical information in a manner that non-technical individuals can comprehend.

* Physical Conditions:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel from floor to floor and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time; regularly use hands to operate office machinery including, but not limited to, telephones, computers, fax, and photocopy machines; regularly required to walk, talk, and hear.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

57,400.00 - 83,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
