Job Description: We are is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a positive experience for every client who contacts our call center. Pay Range: $850 - $1250 weekly Full time Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Questify Fitness products, services, membership options, and events.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments, billing inquiries, and account management.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document and update customer records in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives by providing customers with promotional information and upselling opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
