Job Description: We are is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a positive experience for every client who contacts our call center. Pay Range: $850 - $1250 weekly Full time Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about Questify Fitness products, services, membership options, and events.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, billing inquiries, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document and update customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by providing customers with promotional information and upselling opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
