Our client is seeking a Call center associate to join their team. As a call center associates, you will be part of the call center team supporting customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate will have communication, multi-tasking, technical skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Call Center Associates
**Location: Salem, OR**
**Pay Range: $16.00-$18.00**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide electronic product and application end users with operational and technical assistance.
+ Must be able to effectively communicate with customers via telephone.
+ ability to assess and respond to customers' needs.
+ Determine call resolution and document calls appropriately.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma
+ 1 year of customer service experience
+ 1 year of help desk/ IT experience
+ Ability to work between the hours of 5am - 7pm (40 hours total)
