Responsibilities:

• Patient-Centric Approach: Engage with prospective and existing patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Appointment Scheduling: Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments that fit both patient and practice needs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that each interaction reflects our commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service excellence.
• Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental staff and administrative team to streamline patient scheduling and enhance overall patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:*

• Sales-Oriented: Demonstrated track record in meeting sales targets or goals.
• Dental Backgorund preferred
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with patients' needs and exhibit patience in handling inquiries and concerns.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for scheduling and communication.
