Our client is a leading healthcare company in need of skilled and experienced Call Center Representatives in San Diego, CA! This position is fully onsite. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of call center experience handling high volume inbound calls, navigating computer applications, performing data entry, and scheduling appointments or resolving customer issues.
