Call Center Representative (healthcare) - Randstad : Job Details

Our client is a leading healthcare company in need of skilled and experienced Call Center Representatives in San Diego, CA! This position is fully onsite. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of call center experience handling high volume inbound calls, navigating computer applications, performing data entry, and scheduling appointments or resolving customer issues. • Handle high volume incoming calls from members.
• Create messages (capture full information from the caller).
• Scheduling/Appointment Scheduling in EPIC (healthconnect).
• Research member/patient information.
• Research provider information for the caller.

• Operating multi-line phone systems
• Typing: minimum 40wpm required
• Call center experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Office setting experience
