A-Line Staffing is now hiring Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative in Buffalo, NY The Benefits Customer Service Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

*Need to be in the Buffalo, NY area even though it's remote! Start Date is September 30th must be comfortable with this!* Benefits

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $16.50 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Shifts:

• The required availability for this position is:
  • Monday-Friday between 8AM-7PM EST
  • Must live within 1 hours of the site
  • Fully Remote
• During our busy season you will be expected to work a 40-hour week and overtime when requested.
• During our off season, your hours will fluctuate between 32 to 40 hours depending on client need.
• NO WEEKEND SHIFTS! Monday through Friday only!
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Requirements

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ Years Call Center or Phone Receptionist
• Strong Computer Skills
• Remote but need to be able to commute to the office if you have internet issues
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
