Call Center RepresentativeWe are seeking a full-time Deposit Services Representative to work in-office at the Bank's Retail Operations Center in Newburyport. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through a variety of inbound communication channels to customers and staff, troubleshoot and resolve routine account-related requests along with responding to inquiries about bank products and service, account transactions, account balances, funds transfers, stop payments along with ancillary products including but not limited to Online/Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Cash Management, ATM/Debit cards, Payment Portal and IVR.We offer an excellent benefits package including the following:
