Arkansas Employment Career Center is hiring for a Call Center Representative.Arkansas Employment Career Center's mission is to assist individuals returning home from incarceration, veterans, homeless, young adults (18-30) not in school and cant find employment, vocational rehabilitation, temporary assistance for needy families (TANF/TEA), SSDI/SSI and Food Stamps recipient.The Call Center Representative contacts students through the Little Rock Call Center.Applicants must be:

• At least 18 years old
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

A Call Center Representative must have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent customer service
