About job: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative in the Architecture & Planning industry. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and building positive relationships with clients. Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour Job: Full time Location: Houston, TX Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing accurate and efficient information to clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer client questions and provide guidance.
  • Update and manage client accounts using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
  • Accurately document client interactions, including call details and resolutions, for future reference.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
