Call Center Representative- ON SITE - TEKsystems : Job Details

TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Call Center Representatives to work for a client located in the Melville, NY area. These positions will offer an ONSITE schedule for both training and normal shift.This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility andgrowth available. The position is open due torapid growth with the client.Job Description-Set appointments via inbound/outbound calls from call center (60-70 calls per day)-Update patient demographics and pre-register in EPIC-Capture, enter and report data accurately-Ensure services are provided in a timely mannerQualifications-1-2 years of RECENT call center experience or 1-2 years of RECENT medical receptionsit experience-Experience with medical documents - EMR system is a plus-Experience with updating software database of some sortWork Environment/Shift/Additional informationMonday- Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday off, Saturday hoursThis position is of immediate need/immediate hire looking to start as soon in the next couple of weeks.If interested, please apply with your most up to date resume and a recruiter will contact you as soon as possible!
