Call Center Specialist - Universal Health Services : Job Details

This Call Center Specialist position offers day/evening (varied) shifts. Clarion Psychiatric Center offers inpatient treatment for adults with moderate to severe psychiatric problems, inpatient crisis stabilization for children and adolescents, and a Partial Hospitalization Program for school-aged children. Our recently expanded 112-bed inpatient program has 4 units. For over 30-years, Clarion has provided the community a compassionate and respectful therapeutic environment with an emphasis on strong teamwork. Clarion Psychiatric Center is a STAR LRP-approved facility. STAR LRP is Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program, and is intended for individuals working in either a full-time substance use disorder (SUD) treatment job that involves direct patient care in a county where drug overdose death rates exceed the most current national average overdose death rate per 100,000 people, as reported by the CDC; or Mental Health Professional Shortage Area.
