Call Customer Service Representative - Waste Connections : Job Details

This is an in-person position that requires attendance in a call center office setting. Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems. Interact with new or existing customers, by phone and in person, to record information in the computer for customer service billing or product information. Chat with customers by phone and in person to activate, discontinue, or change services. Fill out contract forms, determine charges for service requested, collect deposits, prepare change of address records and issue discontinuance orders. Deliver services to customers in a manner that promotes goodwill. Interact with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements and resolve problems or complaints in a courteous manner.
