The Role

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Health Center, providing direct care to campers and guests, managing medications, and ensuring compliance with California nursing laws and camp-specific regulations.
• Supervise and train seasonal staff, maintain inventory, and support the overall health and safety of the camp.

• Evidence of strong Christian faith with a passion for sharing the gospel and meeting spiritual needs.
• Must be able to agree with our statement of belief and abide by our code of conduct.
• Holds a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California, with Basic Life Support certification.
• Skilled in patient care, medication management, and health education, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and general office technology.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with experience managing and training staff.
• Thrives in high-pressure environments, handling heavy workloads and frequent interruptions, and can work in extreme weather conditions.
• Physically Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and living in high-elevation conditions.
