Role Title: Campaign Manager

Team: Marketing

Location: Lehi, Utah (3x/week in office)

Reports To: VP, Growth Marketing

About the Role:

A key role in the Growth marketing team. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and drive conversions. This involves email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics. Measuring and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software. This role will report to the VP- Growth Marketing and is expected to work with team members across different time zones.

What Youll Do:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

Content Creation:

  • Coordinate with the content team to create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and consistently improves ranking.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.

Performance Analysis:

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Optimization:

  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Website Management:

  • Oversee website performance, ensuring uptime, speed, and functionality are consistently optimized.
  • Manage content updates, design improvements, and UX/UI enhancements to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Implement SEO best practices for on-site optimization, improving site ranking and organic traffic.
  • Monitor and address website security, backup protocols, and technical issues promptly.

What Youll Need:

  • 8 -10 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Can work across time zones. Our internal stakeholders are dispersed globally, necessitating occasional early or late meetings to accommodate different time zones.
  • You are agile, pro-active, and comfortable with ambiguity. Our culture embodies the agility and dynamism often associated with startups.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
