Position Summary The Salvation Army Northern Division Headquarters (DHQ) in Roseville, MN is doing the most good by supporting our worship and service centers, community outreach, and housing programs that serve local communities. The Campaign Manager supports the Divisional Marketing Director in executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, attract new donors and volunteers, and achieve financial targets. Key responsibilities include managing media schedules, ensuring quality control of vendor-produced assets, overseeing corporate partnerships, and analyzing campaign performance to drive strategic improvements. This is a temporary position, expected to last less than 90 days. Essential Functions (approximate time spent) Marketing and Media Coordination (%): Manage marketing schedules and vendor collaboration for media collateral across campaigns (e.g., volunteer recruitment, general donations, Giving Tuesday, Give to the Max, End of Year Match). Media Quality Control (%): Ensure quality and consistency of all vendor-produced media assets, aligned with campaign standards. Corporate Partnership Management (%): Oversee corporate partnership agreements and Salesforce tracking to meet partner commitments and provide updates. Campaign and Partnership Reporting (%): Analyze and report on campaign and partnership performance to inform strategies and assess return on investment. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a degree. Quality assurance experience is strongly preferred. Must pass background checks. Competencies Works with integrity, valuing honesty, and diligence. High level of honor in dealing with confidential information and great attention to detail. Team-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused, with a commitment to proactive problem-solving. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once. Good written communication skills, content writing, and technical writing are preferred. Working Conditions Mostly sedentary work, sitting for long periods and working on a computer. Professional environment; eligible for a remote-friendly work environment. Must communicate clearly with colleagues. Standard business hours. Must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Driving/Travel Requirements Regular local and rare out-of-area travel by agency vehicle or personal vehicle.
