Overview: The Campus Clinical Care Supervisor oversees clinical and administrative support services to the resident care team. The CCCS is responsible for ensuring that the resident care team has ample support to fulfill their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages staffing schedules in collaboration with Nursing Leadership, coordinating inputs into business systems across multiple communities.
  • Organizes staff training programs, prepares training materials, and supports presentations.
  • Updates and supports the creation of new staff assignment sheets.
  • Monitors and ensures the Resident Care Department has adequate office and clinical supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Schedules meetings, including staff, family, vendor, and community care partner meetings.
  • Assists in the hiring process of Resident Care staff alongside Nursing Leadership by reviewing applications, coordinating phone screens, scheduling interviews, setting up shadowing opportunities, obtaining references, and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Works with the Maintenance department to ensure pendant functionality and maintains records monthly.
  • Supports payroll by reviewing timesheets, entering missed punches/vacation requests, and assisting with bi-weekly payroll completion for the Resident Services team.
  • Oversees staff performance management by consolidating time and attendance data.
  • Assists with various tasks, including orientation support and training new staff.
  • Manages incontinence supply orders for current and new residents.
  • Ensures the laundry schedule is accurately completed.
  • Ensures UKG systems are maintained accurately.

Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
  • Preferred certifications: Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Home Health Aide.
  • Experience working with seniors and ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle workplace problems, remain composed under pressure, and adapt to complex information.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for long periods.
  • Proficient in English communication, both oral and written, and adept at using technology to support resident needs and ensure safety.
