- Manage daily campus operations to ensure an efficient and effective learning environment for students and faculty.
- Monitor and act to meet goals and progress of campus
- Oversee class and instructor schedules
- Maintain laboratory and facility standards
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations
- Monitor and support successful student progress
- Maintain accurate student, campus, and facility records
- Support the success of instructor growth and development.
- Promote the programs offered through community engagement and outreach efforts.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Leverage a background in healthcare or education to foster student success in the field of allied healthcare: Phlebotomy, Clinical Medical Assisting, EKG Technician, and more.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years of experience in Medical Assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field.
