Campus Dispatcher - Inova Staffing : Job Details

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Center/Dispatcher Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a call center or dispatching environment. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities and exceptional customer service skills. The associate will also assist in special projects as needed.Pay Rate: $18.14/hrShift Schedules:

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 8:45 PM - 7:00 AM

Note: Alternating weekends off.Employment Type: Temp to HireBenefits: Excellent benefits available upon permanent hire.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Dispatch services and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of all calls and dispatches.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or dispatching role.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
