• Analyze business processes, recommend and implement best practices and IT solutions to meet user requirements.
• Ability to successfully manage working relationships in a distributed support model that employs both internal and external support personnel
• Serve as the IT representative in the Client Leadership Team meetings, both strategic & operational, and conduct Engagement Sessions with the Senior Leadership members, including the Unit Head of Client.
• Coordinating software application implementations on time and within budget; identifying and mitigating risks that might impact the successful outcome of projects
• Ensure solutions follow strict adherence to Pharmaceutical cGMP standards and Generally Accepted Accounting principals
• Participating in the development of system user manuals (BPPs) and end user training for Client users
• Identify opportunities, translate them into meaningful projects and perform project justification using both quantitative and qualitative metrics
• Manage projects from POC to design, deployment and rollout
• Staying appraised of the developments in both the Generic Pharmaceutical Manufacturing marketplace, and the challenges in the Business Unit to identify potential opportunities to design and build custom and/or buy packaged applications that supports the growth of the business
• Identifying training and developmental opportunities for self and the Client core team in new technologies
• Manage routine system administration, data retrieval and archival related tasks
• Serve as the conduit between business functions and its representatives, and the shared functions in IT to ensure that appropriate services are delivered
