    The pay for this role is $18.25/hour.

    JOB TITLE: Shipping and Receiving Associate

    DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for physically receiving incoming inventory and verifying accuracy (batching, weight, and name) and for performing initial quality assurance checks upon receipt.
    • Responsible for physically organizing inventory in designated areas in vault, on labeled shelves, and in numerical order.
    • Packages and labels bulk products for all outgoing shipments and vendor orders, including verifying the accuracy of physical count/weight and all other order details.
    • Maintain inventory of all supplies, raw materials, finished products, by-products, and personal protective equipment for the packaging department.
    • Performs material receipt inspection, processes receiving reports, and prepares and processes unsatisfactory/non-conforming receipt reports.
    • Creates or verifies the accuracy of Metrc and NAV manifests to account for all outgoing and incoming shipments, including combining batches and monitoring RFID tracking throughout the manufacturing and distribution process.
    • Controls and releases inventory to transport staff for distribution to retail locations or wholesale clients.
    • Checks Metrc daily for released inventory after testing completion and moves inventory to the properly designated storage area for tested products.
    • Coordinates with managers and production/cultivation staff to maintain par levels of finished and raw products by reporting low inventory levels.
    • Responsible for coordinating with the compliance team, managers, and lead associates to address quality assurance/compliance concerns.
    • Responsible for differentiating manifest type for each outgoing shipment, including transfer, wholesale, or infused transfer.
    • Comply with HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
    • Performs other shipping and receiving duties, as needed and requested.

    EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Associate or Bachelors degree in any field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
    • Metrc Experience.
    • Requires knowledge of inventory management.
    • Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
    • High-level attention to detail, administrative skills, and highly organized.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
