Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Global Markets Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC!

Pay rate: $46.18/hr - $46.18/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p (Hybrid)

This role will support the design, implementation of Process Management Oversight Function as well as carry out reviews on existing Process Inventory.

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

• Working within the GMO Risk Initiatives
• Understanding the Single Process Inventory and Process Policy
• Work alongside the SPI Initiative Team to develop ongoing routines to continuously monitor adherence to policy
• Support the delivery of ad hoc initiatives over process inventory including working with Senior Process Owners to ensure requirements are met
• Carry out deep dive reviews over existing inventory to ensure accurate and complete
• Support the changes over Data Policy Adherence to ensure all LOBs are in line with requirements
• Work with GCOR and Audit on any issues or ad-hoc requests to ensure closed out as required.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelors degree

Experience requirements:

• 5+ years of Global Market Operations experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and members of different teams
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work well under pressure

This role is hybrid, must reside in or near Charlotte, NC!
