Capital Markets Associate - ACHUMAN CAPITAL : Job Details

We are working with an international law firm based in New York for an Associate to join their Capital Markets team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an innovative Capital Markets team, involving a full range of ECM and DCM work, including cross-border transactions, with a focus on public and private equity. The successful candidate will advise a range of clients.

The individual will also be expected to have excellent drafting skills, along with experience in corporate governance compliance.

Essential Criteria:

• 3-4 years' PQE;
• Capital markets background;
• Negotiation skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Drafting skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
