Capital Markets Associate - Sunnova Energy International : Job Details

Creates and analyzes financial models for portfolios of residential solar systems. Supports the structuring and execution of project finance and other capital markets transactions. Coordinates with investors, lenders, rating agencies, and banks to manage transaction due diligence processes. Collaborates with colleagues across the company to meet operational and reporting requirements of transactions. Delivers ad hoc analysis to support company planning efforts and senior level decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Supervises analysts in Sunnovas Analyst Pool. Includes identification of work, supervision and mentoring, performance management. Leads execution of tax equity, asset backed securitization, revolving lending, project finance, and capital markets transactions. Minimum Requirements.
