Capital Markets & Securities Associate - Winston & Strawn LLP : Job Details

Winston & Strawn's New York office is looking for a mid-level corporate associate to join our capital markets and securities group. Candidates should have three to four years of experience in the corporate department of a top-tier law firm working on public equity offerings and public M&A, PIPEs, and day-to-day SEC reporting and corporate governance matters. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
