Job Description :
Summary ADPS is looking for a Capital Project Scheduler that is an SME on Microsoft Project. The Scheduler will produce an accurate and effective project schedule which is an integral part of a successful project execution using MS Project Responsibilities
  • Owns building and maintaining project schedule including all client activities.
  • Responsible for gathering information to support schedule maintenance, and working with Project Team to establish schedule commitments and reporting metrics
  • Interface with Manufacturing, Engineering, and CM as well as other internal stakeholders (such as Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, etc.) to provide a unified schedules that identify critical path for equipment delivery and installation, CQV and handover.
  • Generate steering-level reports and communicate analysis to project manager and project controls manager.
  • Receive inputs, prioritizes data and tasks, and acts a liaison to project manager and team in identifying risks before they become issues.
  • Work hand in hand with Project Manager to ensure seamless data quality and availability to support existing and future capital project portfolios.

Skills and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project scheduling experience
  • A BS degree in Engineering, Construction management, or Business related discipline.
  • Direct experience with scheduling of Equipment Supply, Construction and/or start-up of Manufacturing Facility projects is required.
  • Biotech or Pharmaceutical Scheduling experience is preferred.
  • Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
