This is a Remote position for a (Capture Analyst).Summary: The Capture Analyst will support the analysis of high-value federal government contract pursuits for Strategic Resolution Experts (SRE) brand and capabilities. The Capture Analyst will serve as a resource across SRE's corporate operations, with a focus on the analysis and maintenance of the business development pipeline. The ideal candidate is motivated by exploring new aspects of business operations and process improvement while supporting continued business growth by developing winning proposals. The Capture Analyst will support various coordination activities as part of the proposal and business development lifecycle, as well as frequent inter-departmental projects, so effective analytical skills and written and verbal communications skills are of importance.Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge of research techniques used in collecting, tabulating, evaluating, and presenting data. Knowledge of business development and capture methods and practices. Knowledge of analytical procedures and techniques used in organizing and conducting research and analyses of business development and capture operations. Knowledge of word processing, database, spreadsheet, and graphic computer software applications. Knowledge of Deltek Govwin, and Salesforce. Skill in, and advanced expertise, with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and SharePoint. Skill in creating and improving processes. Skill in business acumen. Skill in technical writing and presenting. Skill in defining problems, conducting research, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions, and formulating recommendations. Skill in conducting market research regarding new business opportunities. Ability to operate a personal computer. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Ability to be well-organized and self-directed. Ability to conduct phone calls with high-ranking government personnel. Ability to review and analyze solicitation (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) documentation. Ability to resolve business development and capture problems by applying various methodologies and deciding between several alternative solutions. Ability to apply and demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to provide guidance and accurate information. Ability to develop and deliver presentations, special studies, and project reports. Ability to maintain a harmonious and effective working relationship with SRE employees and federal contracting industry staff. Ability to develop and execute a work plan for business development and capture operations and projects, including establishing and/or recommending goals and objectives. Ability to work well with groups and executive-level decision-makers within the federal contracting industry. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, including making presentations to C-level executives.
