Job Summary:
We're seeking a driven Capture Manager with a track record of winning $2M-$5M+ contracts in Florida and expertise in regional state/local and federal markets. This hands-on role involves developing capture strategies, managing a targeted pipeline, and collaborating with proposal teams to win new business. With a performance-based commission structure, you'll have the opportunity to maximize earnings while contributing to TTG's growth.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
· Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and pursue targeted opportunities using contract vehicles. Maintain and track pipeline progress through CRM systems.
· Client and Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Florida state agencies, local governments, and partners to understand client needs and position TTG's services effectively.
· Market Strategy: Research clients, competitors, and market trends to develop effective capture strategies and winning bid approaches.
· Proposal Collaboration: Work with proposal teams to ensure capture strategies are integrated into technical sections and win themes.
· Reporting and Communication: Regularly update pipeline progress for leadership and ensure smooth coordination between capture and proposal teams.
Experience and Skills:
· 8-12 years of experience in business development, capture management, and proposal support.
· Proven success securing $5M+ in annual contract wins, including Florida-based contracts.
· Direct experience managing and securing task orders or contracts under IDIQs, BPAs, and GSA schedules.
· Established or rapidly cultivatable relationships with Florida state agencies and partners.
· Proficiency in GovWin, SAM.gov, state procurement tools, and CRM systems.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills to share capture insights and align capture and proposal teams.
Additional Requirements:
· Travel up to 40%, primarily within Florida and nearby regions.
· Preference locale is Tallahassee area. Travel will be less if located in this area.
· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
