Job Type: Part-Time1.Purpose:To perform various credit and debit card duties in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with procedures and standards determined by Credit Union Management. Work is subject to review and/or audit on a no notice basis by Management, Supervisory Committee, auditors and/or Federal examiners.Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 1:00pmPay Range: $16.00-$18.00 Equal Employment Opportunity / Disabled / Veteran2.Responsibilities:Primarya)Research and resolve member questions on credit and debit card transactions. Act as liaison between the Credit Union employees, our members and Visa.b)Perform routine tasks related to debit and credit card maintenance including blocking, unblocking, issuing, expediting, and notating cards. c)File, log, and monitor debit card, credit card, and ATM disputes. Post and reverse provisional credits, representment, and pre-arbitrations as needed.d)Post credit card payments daily and perform balance transfers and adjustments as needed.e)Create and upgrade credit card accounts upon reviewing required documentation.f)Activate digital wallets including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.g)Review daily reports, card orders and inventory logs. Review and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.h)Monitor fraud alert emails and card activity to detect fraud trends.i)Acquires and maintains the necessary working knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations and Credit Union Bylaws and Policies, in order to ensure compliance.j)Performs all duties in compliance with the established Credit Union Quality Standards.k)Keeps current knowledge of all services and products provided by the Credit Union and cross-sells these services and products whenever possible.l)Must complete all training designed to enhance capabilities, including in-house training as well as outside seminars, workshops, etc.Secondarya)Cross-train and serve as backup for Electronic Services Processor.b)Performs other duties as assigned.3.Reports To:This position reports directly to the Risk Management Supervisor.4.Qualificationsa)Must have the ability to effectively communicate with members.b)Typing skills required and must have experience at PC Data Entry and retrieval.c)Basic Knowledge of Bank/Credit Union regulations.d)Must be able to handle transactions in a confidential manner. e)Must be detail oriented.f)Must be able to work within deadlines.g)Must display a pleasant, professional style on the job and follow guidelines established in the company's Policy Manual, including Code of Ethics, dressMinimum Salary: 16.00 Maximum Salary: 18.00 Salary Unit: Hourly
