As a Care Assistant in Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth, Lechlade, Cricklade and the surroundings, you will be delivering personalised care in the home of individuals with complex healthcare needs. Youll be the person that brings smiles to the faces of the people in our care, while assisting them with various tasks in line with their individual care plans. Your duties will vary, including assisting with clinical needs, feeding and PEG care, personal care tasks, meal preparation, making up beds, social activities and any additional services required. You will become a valued member of a small health and social care team. This role is a chance to make a real difference to peoples lives - without your support, they may live a life constrained to specialist units or hospitals.

***Hours: full-time and part-time.***

***Shifts: 8am-1pm, 5pm-10pm and long days 9am-9pm or 8am-8pm.***

**Care Assistant skills and experience**

* At least 3 months experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one

* A valid Moving and Handling certificate

* The right to work in the UK

* Youll need to be an approachable and understanding people person

* Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required
